The Information that is collected

When you sign up for a cdl.tv (link to be changed) account and want to purchase the products that are offered by our website, we safely store all the information that is provided by you. We make use of an order form whereby we provide the opportunity for our customers to request information about our products. We also collect the contact information (address, email address & mobile number) of our visitors along with the financial information (credit card & debit card). We use contact information to send orders to the customers along with the information of our company. The information can also be used to communicate with the customers, as and when the need arises. On the other hand, financial information is gathered to invoice customers for the products.

There is no charge for registering on our website, or for browsing through, although you have to pay for the products your purchase and any other charges associated with that purchase.

Orders and Payment

While placing an order to purchase a product, we collect some personal and transactional data from you such as your name, address, contact information, card information, etc. For details regarding how this data is used by us, you can refer to our Privacy Policy.

You may pay for the products using credit, debit cards or UPI. Cheques, COD, and other such modes of payment are not accepted on our website.

CDL accepts orders subject to the availability of the product. If, for some reason, the products ordered by you are not available with us, you will be offered a product of similar value or full refund.

All products are invoiced in INR at the price which is prevailing at the time. 

Keeping track of your order is your own responsibility.

If you are under 18, you acknowledge that you have the permission from your parent or guardian to use this website and purchase any products

The prices that we post on this website can be changed without any notice. The prices at the time of the order will be considered during the payment process. The prices that are posted also include shipping charges and taxes. In case, if there are any additional charges, it will be notified on the website.
