Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

We currently deliver to major states and cities across India.

Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship book to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

We make our best efforts to ship each book in your order within 3-5 working days of placing the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, in case your location comes under the non-serviceable area.

In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 6 days of the order, we shall inform you of the delay. 

We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

You may track the shipping status of your order by sending us an email at order@cdl.tv

In case of any international orders, please write to us at order@cdl.tv and we shall revert to you within 24 hours of receipt of your email.

Return & Refund Policy 

We do not return, we only exchange.

Extensive quality checks are done during the packaging and shipping process for our customers. In any case, if anything improper is found with the delivered products by CDL, you can contact our customer service and they will be more than happy to assist you reach a resolution. Within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment, you may return a defective or damaged book. For returning shipment, please e-mail us at order@cdl.tv with the "return-orderID" in the subject line, along with supporting photos and purchase invoice. Order once placed, cannot be cancelled. Approved returns will be given a Return Id from us and same id has to be pasted on the return parcel. 

We will accept returns only in case of damaged book, wrong supplies or with any printing errors. We will notify you through e-mail of your exchange product once we have received and processed the returned item. Thanks & Regards,
